Ensuring quality is our top priority, which is why we carefully read every review we receive and make necessary updates. The main goal of our team is to reduce uncertainties during your journey and provide you with a sense of confidence.
  • Why are private tours and private transfers available for small groups of up to 6 persons?
    Our transfer is a good for small but friendly groups. Only then, we guarantee a completely new exclusive service chosen for your individual needs. All our tours are typically driving tours but a few walking tours are also available. If you don't see a tour that peaks your interest, let us know and we'll be glad to tailor a tour for you.
  • What does the transfer fee include?
    Everything related to your trip.The price is final, without surcharges and commissions. Car delivery, waiting at the airport, meeting, assistance with the luggage, a file with information about the route and purpose of travel and the trip itself - all this is included in the price. During the trip we are your driver's, translators, route advisors. Entrance fees, shopping, food are your personal expenses and not included in price.
  • Price per car or per person?
    Prices are per car, for groups of up to 2 (two) people.
  • If our flight is delayed, will the transfer be waiting for us?
    Unfortunately, it happens. But don’t worry, if you specified the flight number, we will move the car to your arrival. In the arrival hall the driver will be waiting for you.
  • How do I find my driver?
    The driver will meet you with a sign on which the name specified in the order will be written. When departing from the airport, the driver will meet at the exit from the arrivals area. When traveling from the hotel the driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby.
  • Is it possible to change the route or plan an additional stop during the trip started?
    Yes, it is possible. If the wishes of the guests are within the framework of common sense, we always go forward. You can decide where to stay and have a rest, eat and take photos by the road. The short stops by the road- free of charge. The driver can only recommend you the most convenient and interesting options. Any significant deviation from the route and long term stops (more than 15 minutes), by your initiative, the driver must coordinate with the Customer Care Center. The waiting time during the private transfer is cost 30 Euro per hour. All cars are equipped with GPS and monitored in real time.

    Look at "Useful Links" section. We trust the accommodation of our guests Airbnb and Booking.com. They know how to do it as well as we can organize your trips.
  • Is it possible to order a guide?
    You can. In the Internet, you can easily find them yourself.But remember, the guide will show and tell you only what he sees fit.Are you sure that the interests of a person whom you see for the first time in your life coincide with yours? Decide for yourself what is important and necessary for you.Our guests receive a file, with detailed information about the trip. Route, information about the sightseeing. And of course, a personalized map of the purpose of your journey, with marked places of interest. Choose what is interesting for you. And we’ll always prompt and insure.
  • What will the car be like?
    For your private excursions we offer cars of various classes, depending on the type of excursion and the specific needs of our guests. The standard tours you will find on the front page of the site are operated in mid-size European vehicles, all of which are fully insured to ensure safety and comfort. If you are creating your own trip, you can choose from a variety of modes of transport, even a private jet or sailboat.
  • What payment methods are available?
    Currently, you can pay in cash. Prepayment on the website is not required, you give the full amount to the personal assistant.
  • Can I cancel or change an order?
    We respect our guests and understand that plans may be changed. If your plans have changed, let us know at least 24 hours before the trip. We'll cancel your order, and you can make a new one. If you want to change your order, make suggestions on the order or just ask a question, click on the blue circle in the lower right corner of the screen and write to us.
